The Hiplok AX1000 Wall & Ground Anchor sets a new benchmark in bike security as the world’s first anti–angle grinder anchor. Designed to deliver the highest level of protection with exceptional versatility, the AX1000 features a 360° rotating base and pivoting arm, allowing you to secure your bike from virtually any angle with maximum reach and flexibility.
For optimum security, the AX1000 is designed to be used with the Hiplok 1000 Series anti–angle grinder D-locks, such as the D1000 or DX1000, though it can also be used with any D-lock that fits. It can be securely fixed to solid brick or concrete and is suitable for wall or floor mounting, indoors or outdoors.
The angle grinder is the primary tool used by professional bike thieves, capable of cutting through standard locks in seconds. When the D1000 launched, it revolutionised bike security by significantly slowing sustained angle grinder attacks. The AX1000 brings this same technology to anchor security.
Every product in the 1000 Series uses Ferosafe, a graphene composite material proven to take over 20 times longer to cut through than standard materials used in conventional locks and anchors.
Thanks to its rotating base and pivoting arm, the AX1000 can be configured to suit a wide range of bikes and storage spaces. It allows bicycles, e-bikes and motorcycles to be secured in a standard horizontal position when installed on the ground or wall. With appropriate wall installation, bikes can also be secured vertically (note: a Hiplok Jaw+ is required for vertical positioning and is sold separately).
Ball bearings are optional for installation but are required to achieve the Sold Secure Diamond rating. All fixings are independently tested as part of the Sold Secure and ART approval process.
