The Whyte Bikes Kado RSX V1 (2025) is the most capable electric mountain bike Whyte has ever created. Designed to reset expectations of what a full-power eMTB can do, the Kado RSX combines cutting-edge engineering with confident, trail-smashing performance to help you push beyond your riding boundaries—everywhere.
At its heart is a uni-directional full carbon fibre frame, engineered to be light, incredibly strong and perfectly balanced. Whyte’s optimised low centre of gravity design places mass as low as possible in the bike, delivering exceptional stability, precise cornering and confidence-inspiring handling across technical terrain.
Suspension is meticulously tuned, offering 160mm of travel up front and 150mm at the rear, providing outstanding grip, control and feedback whether you’re charging descents or navigating rough climbs. Rolling on 29in wheels front and rear, the Kado RSX smooths trails effortlessly and maintains momentum in demanding conditions.
Power comes from Bosch’s fifth-generation Performance Line CX motor, delivering refined, quiet and reliable assistance with 85Nm of torque and up to 600W of trail-usable power. The system is fully tuneable via the Bosch eBike Flow app and is ready for future software upgrades, unlocking E-MTB+ mode, up to 100Nm torque and 750W peak power.
An 800Wh removable internal battery comes fitted as standard, providing exceptional range for long days in the mountains. The Kado RSX is also compatible with Bosch’s PowerMore 250Wh range extender (sold separately), giving up to 1050Wh total capacity for epic adventures. Battery removal is quick and simple, making charging, storage and swaps effortless.
