With an 800Wh internal battery as standard and compatibility with Bosch’s aftermarket 250Wh ‘PowerMore’ range extender (available separately; fits size S–XL frames), Kado S is ready to give you up to a 1050Wh of combined battery capacity. But more than that: Bosch’s latest, most efficient ‘PowerTube 800’ battery also gives you more range for less weight than its ‘PowerTube 750’ predecessor. All so you can ride as far – and as wide – as you wish.
Quieter and lighter than ever, the fifth generation Performance Line CX motor gives you Bosch’s most refined, reliable and efficient motor performance. 600W of peak, trail-usable power. 85Nm of torque. All tuneable to your tastes using the Bosch eBike Flow app., and ready to be boosted further via incoming software updates. Add in a further improved motor response and smart power delivery and you’ve the power and control to conquer any trail.
Removing the Kado RS’s internal battery is a dream for storage, battery swaps, or off-the-bike charging: just open the battery cover, undo the captive bolt, and slide the battery out. To replace, just do the reverse. Simple. Every Kado can also take both 600Wh and 800Wh batteries so if you decide to buy a spare so you can change the stock 800Wh battery out for a smaller capacity battery for shorter rides – or for racing – you can.
