The Classic All-Steel Folding Bike

The original design with the 3-part fold, handmade in our London factory since 1975. Compact and robust – it's a seriously engineered bike that's fun to ride. 

 Although C Line is made to stand up to the rigours of everyday life in the city, owners have taken them on around-the-world trips, on country tours and even to the South Pole, but mainly they are used 364-days a year to improve the day-to-day (we recommend a day-off for an annual service).

You can load this 6-speed all-steel workhorse with luggage and a rack for all-weather commuting or touring, then go explore. Some owners have cycled these around the world. Most use them to improve their day-to-day

The Brompton Rear Rack

Useful in more ways than one, the Brompton rear rack:

• Gives up to 10kg extra luggage space,
• makes the bike more stable when folded,
• protects the rear mudguard.
• And with the addition of Eazy Wheels makes rolling the bike easier when folded.

A Luggage System That Clicks

The best way to carry anything on your Brompton bike is with a Brompton bag. ​Like an extension of your bike, every bag clicks into place. The internal bag frame seamlessly connects with the Front Carrier Block (FCB).  The block is positioned on the bike's mainframe, so your steering remains smooth and stable, whatever your load.
