MET Terrae Mips

The MET Terrae Mips is a high-performance MTB helmet for trail and E-MTB riding, offering an outstanding balance of protection, comfort and value. Designed to bring top-tier safety features to more riders, it delivers the same level of performance found in MET’s premium helmets.

Certified to NTA 8776, the Terrae is engineered to dissipate significantly higher impact energies, making it an excellent choice for E-MTB use. Extended impact-tested coverage around the back of the head and temples protects two of the most sensitive areas of the brain, enhancing overall safety on demanding trails.

Comfort and stability are central to the Terrae’s design. The Safe-T Heta 360° retention system provides a micrometric, fully adjustable fit that wraps evenly around the head, eliminating pressure points even on long or rough rides. The helmet remains stable and secure when riding technical terrain.

Ventilation is handled by 19 strategically placed vents working in harmony with an engineered internal air channelling system, keeping airflow high and temperatures low. A flexible, safety-release visor reduces the risk of neck rotation in a crash, while practical features such as sunglasses ports add everyday trail convenience.
